Can I hire Steps for Justice for a single project?

Yes. Services may be arranged for individual projects as well as ongoing support, depending on the scope of work and availability.

Does Steps for Justice provide attorneys to represent people in court?

No. Steps for Justice is a legal support services company and does not hold itself out as a law firm or substitute for an attorney. Court representation and legal advice must be provided by an appropriately licensed attorney.

Can Steps for Justice help with litigation preparation?

Yes. We can provide behind-the-scenes litigation and case-preparation support for attorneys and legal teams, including research, drafting, records organization, case chronologies, document review, and other agreed-upon support services.

Do you work with clients outside South Carolina?

Yes. Because many of our services are performed remotely for attorneys and legal teams, Steps for Justice can provide appropriate support services nationwide.
